Natalia @naturellebynatalia is expressing her creativity through many things, including making her own vegan soaps full of natural ingredients; making her own pottery (a zero waste activity); styling and taking beautiful pictures. These activities play a meditative role in her life, as she acknowledged after a depression how important it is to have time for your own self and for your family.
We talked about many things from life in Belgium, beer and food, the journey of soap making, pottery and photography and how they are all interlinked, how to take a good picture, recycling and taking care of nature and of your body (we also talked about the importance of sport, but only realized later that we talked in Romanian about it, so had to exclude that bit from the podcast haha!) and many other topics.

Disclaimer: Please note that what we talk in the podcast are our own opinions based on our own research, do not take it as an advice, you should make your own health choices. We also mentioned a few names of supermarkets, it is not intended to do any favor or disfavor to them, there were just examples, there are other supermarkets available too and the comparison was made strictly with home made products and not between supermarkets.
